• We will ask you to assist us in the removal of your screens so we can clean the frames and mesh. At the same time, this will give us access to the sills, sashes, and window tracks.
• While the screens are out, we will remove spider nests, spider webs, mites, webs, mold, soot, pollen, from underneath the sashes, sills, and inside of the window tracks.
• Our Window Cleaning Associates, (Burke Brothers) will contact you for an appointment to clean your windows and return your screens.
• The exterior of your gutters and vertical leaders will be hand detailed to Optical White using Sodium Metasilicate (we use this on our cars and trucks too) and will return them to a shiny white (if white originally).
• The "insides" of the gutters and leaders will be flushed and jettied, ensuring free flow.
• The entire structure will be presoaked in an Oxygenated Sodium Hypochlorite, an antifungal & surfactant solution, which is applied to the entire structure.
• Power Washing will commence, using a combination of ladders (with rubber bumpers on the tips), aerial lifts, or bucket trucks working 3–4 inches from the surface, scaling off all biological pollutants and debris

Driveways, walk, patios, or decks will be flushed by a power washer to remove any of the fallen debris.

He's not applying an antifungal but will tell you that Krud Cutter, Brite Cleaner or Simple Green is a detergent he sprays on that will kill the green algae and mold which will not unless it's a high energy mix of an Oxygenated Sodium Hyper Chlorite, He will guarantee that the black lines on the gutters cannot be removed.  Most always, the operation is way outside of Bergen or Rockland County and is not registered with New Jersey’s Attorney General or Rocklands Consumers’ Weights and Measurements.

Almost always, there is no

• General Liability Insurance,
• Doesn't have Workers Compensation or Disability because he is a sole proprietor and if there is an accident, you can be sued personally for damages.
• Is not a Registered and Licensed contractor to do business, in your state or county.
