Duties and Responsibilities
Business manager will be responsible for overseeing both wet and dry finishing operations, report to the CEO of the company, interact between customer, workforce and management—using a hands-on approach—providing customer and designated workforce with direction, progress, and scheduling, oversee quality and final results of services making certain that final results meet or exceed customer expectations.

Company washes, strips, seals, paints, stains, cement, renovates to new condition. Broken in two operations, we offer wet and dry processing.
Duties and Responsibilities
Must know how to use and be proficient with using a Power Washer, Stripping Chemicals, Minor Power Wash Repairs, Hand Tools.
Ideal candidate will bring a variety of experience in exterior maintenance and restoration of fences, pavers, asphalt sealing, vinyl siding, decks, composite decks, PVC rails and spindles, and wood.
Strong consideration given to professionals with a background in landscape, hardscape construction, power washing, staining - painting ideal.
* Knowledge sets include: Hand sprayers, Leaf blowers, Oil, Power Tools, Pressure washers, Repairs, Screwdrivers, Sprayers.

Applicant must not be afraid of climbing ladders, going on roofs, getting wet or dirty, hard work.
Applicant must be familiar with applying chemicals on to flat and vertical surfaces ie., wood, PVC, composite, vinyl, shingles using a brush or spray applicator
